Jond is hiring an experienced professional for the following position:
💻 IT Specialist
📍 **Location:** Dhahran – Hajar District
💼 **Job Type:** Full-time
🌟 **Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot employee computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, while managing IT asset inventory.
🔹 Manage the company’s internal networks, internet connections, and Wi-Fi infrastructure, and monitor their performance.
🔹 Manage company systems, software, email services, ERP, HRMS, and attendance systems.
🔹 Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, system access, and password-related issues.
🔹 Implement and monitor cybersecurity procedures, protect company data, and manage user access and permissions.
🔹 Perform and monitor data backups and restore data when required.
🔹 Manage software licenses, maintenance contracts, IT vendors, and hardware/software requirements.
🔹 Manage servers, cloud services, databases, and storage solutions.
🔹 Support IT projects, implement new systems, integrate platforms, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
🔹 Train employees on company systems and promote information security awareness and IT best practices.
🌟 **Requirements:**
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
🔹 Previous experience in IT, technical support, systems administration, and network management.
🔹 Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data backup, and user access management.
🔹 Strong troubleshooting, technical support, and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
