It’s not just about growing teams or products—scaling means more complexity and communication hurdles. We talked about how this impacts both people and processes.

Mistakes happen in complex environments. We discussed common traps like throwing more people at problems ("Mythical Man-Month" 🧑‍💻) and anti-patterns like big teams and fragmented work.

We also discussed how leadership misalignment or ignoring company culture can completely derail scaling efforts.
