Connecting Entrepreneurial Leaders with Public-Listed Energy Companies.

Xtalent is pleased to announce the successful placement of Petre Stoian as CEO of SIMTEL (BVB: SMTL), an engineering and technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and one of Romania’s leading players in the renewable energy sector.

Petre brings 18+ years of experience in the energy sector, with leadership roles at Enel Group, Delgaz and Electrocons Group, where he built strong expertise in power infrastructure, grid operations and large-scale energy projects.

In his new role, Petre will drive the consolidation and further development of SIMTEL’s EPC activity, strengthening its position as a benchmark of engineering excellence while building an organization focused on performance, innovation, and technology.
