Challenge accepted. Oh where do I begin? I am now only beginning to understand the true generosity of a woman’s friendship and selflessness of a mother 👣✨ Truly, woman can withstand and stand in the eye of a storm 🌬And through this power to give life and rebirth herself again and again, reinvent her form and re-emerge as a butterfly 🦋 when everything though her light is growing dim 🔥 It was during those testing times of unspeakable challenge and emotional depths when I am reminded that other woman have also been here and I can persevere because they have! Let me tell you who some of these Heroines are, the ones who have faced the storm not only for themselves and their loved ones, but for all of humanity. These are stranger times we are living in because those Heroines are now being censored, discredited and demonised in the public eye. It is becoming clear who holds the narrative of our time in their hands. These woman are heroic doctors and change-makers who are standing for truth even when it is inconvenient and even life-threatening. I bow to these women because they stand not only for their future but for the future of my little one. I envision with my whole being that my little one will grow up bright and follow the heroic footsteps of those who serve the 💫✨truth and light 💫🙏

This is my amazing grandfather, today we had to say goodbye to his physical form, and he continues to live in our hearts. Rest In Peace my dear friend and beloved grandfather 👴 Our hearts are open and my family is coming together to honour this amazing man. I know in my heart his Soul is beautiful and is starting its journey back to Source and infinite Love. As much as I remind myself that this is his rebirth, my heart is hurting and opening at the same time. I notice if I allow myself to express the full spectrum of those emotions, I am also naturally being able to feel gratitude, joy and even laughter and happiness was for this life. As I hug my daughter and my partner hugs me today and kisses my hair, I feel more and more what an exquisite journey it is being alive and what an honour it is to have a family. To love someone so much and have gratitude for the ways they love you 🌹🌠👣 My grandfather was my hero, and my best friend and travel companion as a child. He took me to many of my important events and was beside me during challenges and some of my happiest memories. He was a gardener and a builder. He built me a swing and grew roses and berries for me every summer. He took me to the river for summer swims and taught me how to forage mushrooms and ride a bicycle 🚲 he is my Soul’s companion and I always felt so at home with him, so understood, loved and supported. When I grew up and left Russia at the age of 12, he was also an incredible grandfather to my tree cousin. We all adore him. Now I garden for the first time in my life and as I journey through my grief - I will come back to my garden as a way of communion with him. Every time I ride my bike, I will remember that laughing little Nailia who was playing with this kind, loving man. RIP Rafis, may you be blessed. Moments to Self and pausing in stillness have become less frequent with a growing baby (and she doesn’t even crawl yet) ... therefore I am learning to squeeze more goodness out of every moment. Sometimes I think motherhood is life’s initiation into ALCHEMY where you learn the skill of transformation out of necessity... Like making more out of less and seeing ordinary things as . How good can this get? This is a mindset I learned from quantum researchers. It blows my mind to feel just how much bring your gaze inward to seeing yourself. Yes intimacy with the Self is at the core of all relationships. It took several steps until I let you truly see me. It even took creating new life together until I could allow you to seethe nakedness of my Being. I simply couldn’t hide when I was pregnant or when I was giving birth or when we had our first fight...you saw me raw and real. And in this life’s masterclass for vulnerability, relationships play the key role. I love this photo of us because it tells this story. After these challenges and victories that we have shared, it truly feels liberating to be here and to be seen by you. Anytime I feel you can’t handle the real me or you can’t be trusted, I realise that it is myself I do not want to trust. But I chose not to hide from this knowing because this intimacy is my heartfelt salvation... so in this moment I melt, and let me heart take over. When the words are not essential. The poetry of silence is in place where we hold each other 💗it has never been perfect, or ordinary path of lovers, but it is ours. There are no rules In Love. Just choice. All paths lead to love

Please, don't believe that you are powerless, not even for a moment. When my daughter was born, she taught me this, because when I saw her for the first time in her rosy flesh, I was transformed forever. There was so much light in the room, it was almost blinding. This light took over all of my senses, it was a visceral experience. Her presence was bigger than big. I could feel the warmth of her body and inhale that incredible baby fragrance... My heart was open wide and at this moment, I felt this ONENESS and vastness of the human spirit. This is when I was convinced how POWERFUL we truly are. When we come into this world, we come with everything we need and more. Words fail to describe how it feels to be around a at the time of birth 🕊✨🙌🏻💗If you can ask your mother, father, anyone... May confirm this 👣In her eyes, I saw such focus and willingness to be here and make her presence known. She felt like a massive being in this tiny little body. Although delicate, she is the most powerful being I have come across. Now she is 6 months, and I still feel the same. 👼🕊 .
