Pinlock is standardly equipped with optional clear visors, but upon request it can be installed at the factory on any other tinted visor.

Today we will talk about the production of custom "Hitin" jackets with D3O protective inserts in the shoulders and elbows, namely about all stages of work:

1) We choose the colors for the future jacket from the available ones, as well as their quantity,

2) We sketch out rough layouts and choose a couple of options from which we will push off,

3) We work out variations of the selected layouts, namely, the colors of the fittings, volumes, content and ex*****on of embroidery, colors of reflective material,

4) We take measurements (the customer does it himself),

5) We purchase missing materials and fittings (although there is a lot of everything in stock, almost every time something new is required),

6) We make individual patterns (with preliminary adjustments to our standard patterns),

7) The patterns are sent for embroidery and this is the last moment when adjustments to the embroidery are allowed,

8) We assemble the product, we photograph, pack and send.

Probably many of you know that soon there will be international unicycle races in China, organized by Begode. And we - Jericho helmets with great pleasure act as small sponsors, providing 3 helmets for prize places in the asphalt race: gold, silver and bronze. Today I will please you with custom and very interesting Hitin jackets.

4.5 years ago, when I barely managed to get a Gotway windbreaker for myself through friends, I could not even imagine that I would make my own jackets for the Begode management team and for top unicycle riders.

It was a very long and difficult path, but when you do what you really like and believe in, the result impresses even you (and as many know, I am an idealist).

Don't forget that we will be happy to make racks/pedals and other metal parts for your unicycles. For Gotway/Bigod we have almost the entire database of drawings (except for rare/unpopular models), but for other wheel brands or custom projects you will have to provide us with drawings/sketches/samples of parts.

Another post about Jericho helmets, but it is impossible not to share good news:
- the Pinlock option is now available,
- it is possible to purchase Jericho balaclavas.

We finally managed to find a pinlock that fits our DragsterSV helmets, which is very important for regions with a cold climate.

A balaclava is, as it turned out, a rather complicated accessory, of which I personally have tried at least 6 recently and all had questions, even expensive ones. So I can confidently say - the Jericho balaclava is really good.
