Emmanuel Nshizirungu is a Community Development Specialist with over 10 years experience in various developmental arenas. As a Program Design, Monitoring & Evaluation (DM&E) Specialist at World Vision Rwanda, Emmanuel provided technical support and guidance on various projects, including Education, Health and Nutrition, Livelihoods and Economic Development especially in program planning, implement
ation and reporting. Emmanuel also has extensive skills in Knowledge Management that he acquired when he worked as the Knowledge Management Specialist at World Vision Rwanda, promoting knowledge sharing for organizational learning, growth and change
During his tenure at World Vision, Emmanuel also served as the Orphan and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Specialist where he facilitated the scaling up of the benefits of a community-based psychosocial support mentorship program across all World Vision satellite offices named ADPs. Emmanuel is currently working as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) Rwanda. Overseeing quality of project implementation, Establishing project Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks as well as learning from survey findings

Emmanuel holds a bachelors degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Rwanda, Butare and is currently pursuing a masters degree program in MBA-Project Management from SINHGAD University, Kigali-campus. Emmanuel is a certified TOT in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro1) and in Grant acquisition and Management (Proposal Pro)
