🚀 Can you save a life ⁉️
هل يمكنك إنقاذ حياة؟

⛑️Did you know that choking is the fourth leading cause of unintentional death in the United States ❓

Many years ago, I choked on a piece of food and couldn't breathe. 🫁😨 I was lucky to have my daughter with me, who knew how to perform CPR.

She performed CPR on me and was able to dislodge the food from my throat and save my life.😊🙏

This experience made me realize the importance of learning CPR. It is a life-saving skill that could one day save the life of a loved one.

The food choking incident happened many years ago, but the lessons I learned from it have stayed with me ever since. I am so grateful to my daughter for saving my life, and I am committed to helping others learn CPR so that they can save lives too.

Recently conducted CPR and first aid training courses, and I was amazed at how easy it was to learn. I now feel confident that I can save a life if needed.

I urge everyone to learn CPR. It is a life-saving skill that could one day save the life of a loved one. You can find more information about CPR and first aid training courses on the SHEAC Safety website.

🌟What I learned from the British Style of Management 🇬🇧
ما تعلمته من أسلوب الإدارة البريطاني

Many years ago, after graduating from Engineering school, I joined the multinational Unilever as a management trainee. lucky be exposed to the "British 🇬🇧Style of Management."

I learned so much from my British mentors, managers, and colleagues. 💡
🚀Here are some of the key things I learned about the British way of management: 👇

1️⃣Discipline **⏳

British managers expect their employees to be punctual and organized. They also expect their employees to work hard and to be committed to their jobs.

2️⃣Customer Service: ** 👐

British managers are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. They encourage their employees to listen to customer feedback and use it to improve their products and services.

3️⃣Commitment to Employees :** 👍

British managers are committed to their employees. They are always looking for ways to develop their employees' skills and to help them grow in their careers.

They are also very incredibly supportive & They are always willing to help their employees when they need it.

4️⃣Integrity :** ♥️

British managers are honest and trustworthy. They always act in the best interests of their employees and their companies.

🌟 Daily Standup Meetings: A Simple Way to Keep Your Team on Track and Thriving 🤝

🤔 Want to improve your team's alignment, communication, and accountability⁉️
⏩ Try daily standup meetings!

My first exposure to daily standup meetings was when I worked in the ExxonMobil Oil Aramco refinery a long time ago.
I was a junior engineer then, impressed with how effective these 15 to 20 min meetings were at keeping the team aligned and on track.👌

Every morning, the team would gather for a quick standup meeting. The American superintendent was heading the meeting. Each person would answer three questions:

💡 What did I do yesterday ❓

💡 What am I doing today ❓

💡 What are my blockers ❓

This simple format allowed us to quickly share our progress, identify any roadblocks, and get help from our teammates if needed.

It also helped us to stay focused on our goals and to make sure that everyone was on the same page.🎯

I've been a big fan of daily standup meetings ever since. I've found that they can be incredibly beneficial for teams of all sizes in any industry.

👉 If you're not already conducting daily standup meetings, I encourage you to try them. They're a simple but effective way to improve team performance.🙂
