Your role:
You’ll be on the front lines, working directly with our clients to ensure their digital operations run smoothly. This role requires a knack for organization, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Onboarding & Management: Be the main point of contact for new
clients, guiding them through a seamless setup and building lasting
relationships.
- Product Listing & Optimization: Manage product catalogs and ensure all
listings are accurate and optimized to drive sales.
- Campaign Support: Help plan and launch digital ad campaigns that boost
our clients’ visibility and growth.
- Online Sales Event Coordination: Oversee the backend operations for big
sales events, making sure everything from pricing to ex*****on is flawless.
- Cross-functional Ex*****on: Dive into various tasks across departments,from resolving issues to improving processes, to help our business stay
agile. Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong interest in digital commerce, e-commerce platforms, and
marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
