🛌💛 Being sick often reminds us of how important it is to listen to our bodies.

Right now, I'm at home with a bad cold, trying to give myself the rest I need and listen to what my body is telling me.

It's so easy to just want to "get back to it," but sometimes we need to give ourselves permission to rest, even when we're feeling impatient.

I'm learning not to rush the process, but to give my body the time it needs to recover, on its own terms.

It feels like a reminder that we all need to pause sometimes. 💭

So, to those of you who might also be struggling with illness or exhaustion – remember that rest is not wasted time, it’s an investment in your health.

Take it easy, listen to your body, reflect, write down your thoughts, and give yourself the care you deserve. 🌿

The beginning of a new month is the perfect opportunity to pause, adjust your direction, and choose a word to guide you.

My word for June is: Self-love. This month, I want to give myself lots of love and prioritize myself more than I usually do. I want to listen more closely to what I need and pay extra attention to the needs of my body and mind 🥰

We cannot always control what happens around us.

Life comes with its storms – uncertainty, change, resistance, and frustrations.

But I believe we can choose how we face them and how we handle them.

Dancing in the rain is not about denying the difficulties or challenges in life, but about living right in the middle of them and accepting them.

It's also about finding joy in the little things, even when everything isn’t perfect.

It’s about breathing, being mindful, and simply being – right in the midst of chaos.

That’s where our inner strength is shaped.

That’s where we grow and can eventually flourish. 🌸

So... what would happen if you stopped waiting for sunshine and instead learned to enjoy the rain?
