Let’s do the actual math:

The Consistency Code is 2797 SEK a month (incl. moms!). Break that down and it’s about 93 SEK a day.

Less than two oat milk lattes in town.
‹Less than a takeaway lunch.
‹Less than the dress you never wore.

Let’s talk about what you’re actually buying with that.

Not „advice.“

Not a plan you’ll abandon in week two.

You’re buying muscle you’ll need for the rest of your life, not just this summer (or do you want a round back when you’re old?)
‹Bones dense enough to carry you into your fifties, sixties, seventies, eighties.
‹Hormones that work with you instead of against you (cramp free periods, stable mood, an active libido and much more)
‹A metabolism that isn’t wrecked from yo-yo dieting, but one that actually takes in and works with your food (and suddenly you’ll be able to eat much more without gaining weight and looking tones, don’t we love that?!).

Energy that doesn’t disappear by 3pm.
‹Sleep that isn’t ruined by stress and guilt eating at midnight.
‹And the version of you that says yes ~ to the beach day, the bikini, the dinner out, the life you keep postponing until „you’ve lost the weight.“

The truth is, you’ll spend more money on things that give you nothing back than you ever will on this.

A skipped gym membership doesn’t save you money. It costs you ten more years of the same cycle and health problems to come with each year you age.

That’s the real price tag. Not the 93 SEK a day.

Healthy living isn’t an expense. It’s the best investment you’ll ever make in yourself.

And if you stay with me for three months, follow the plan, show up for your check-ins, and still see no progress? You get your money back. Full stop. The risk is mine, not yours.

So, why not jumping in?

Start with The Consistency Code today, and we’ll see us 1:1 for the best change of your life đŸ„č😍

I’m not just your personal trainer. I’m your health coach. Your bestie who happens to see & know exactly what your body and your life needs. đŸ€ŒđŸŒ

A normal PT gives you 45 minutes of exercise, for the rest you’re on your own again.

I don’t do that.

I build you a custom training and macro plan around your goals, your gym, your food, what works in your life.

I come to the gym with you and show you the exercises, so you know exactly what you do and why.

Then you get the full plan and videos in the app, so you’re not stuck booking and paying for several (let’s be honest, really pricy) sessions just to know what to do next.

You’ll know exactly what to follow. You can do it on your own time. And I’m still right there with you.

Every week, we check in through the app. If I spot something that’ll help, we act on it ~ that might mean a grocery run together, coming to your home to look at your pantry and watch how you cook, or going on a walk and getting the steps in. We’ll move, we’ll talk, we’ll figure it out together.

Who else offers that?

This is not a 45mins training. This is your transformation for life, right built into your own life 😍💗

If this is the kind of support that calls you, sign up through The Consistency Code (link in bio) and let’s get started.

PS: Not on Gotland? This works online too ~ just without the live in-person pieces. Through the app, I assign your training and meals, see what you log, watch your progress, and we talk through the in app messaging function and the weekly check-ins.

The only thing we can’t do from a distance is grocery shop together in person hey ;) Everything else? I’m right there with you, same as always. Even form checks in the gym through the app or anything that you’re unsure about đŸ«¶đŸ»

favorite treadmill incline walk: Save this one and add it to your workout schedule 1x per week as a low-impact cardio session that DOES A LOT, without feeling A LOT 😉

Walking alone at a flat incline gets stale fast, and it’s not doing much once your body adapts to it.

Adding incline changes that completely:

It raises your heart rate, works your glutes and hamstrings more, and keeps the session challenging without needing to run or sweat your lovely ass off.

This one plays with incline and speed throughout, so your body never fully settles into autopilot. 48 minutes, done once a week, alongside your regular strength training.

It’s low impact on your joints, easy to do while watching something or listening to music or a good podcast, and a great addition to your workout and/or on bad weather days or the long Scandi winter!

Save this one, and enjoy đŸ’ƒđŸ»

You can’t have a new reality with an old mentality.

New results need more than a new plan, they need a new way of thinking too.

That’s the reason why a body journey is never just physical, at least if it’s meant to last.

If you’re ready for both, that’s exactly what we build together. In person, on Gotland. Or online through The Consistency Code, wherever in the world you are. 😍

Send me a message and we’ll dive into the best, forever rewarding journey of your life yet đŸ„čđŸ«¶đŸ»

I do say „do it once, keep it forever“ for a reason ;)

Summer’s ending, and I know some of you still didn’t feel the way you wanted to this summer. Here’s the thing though:

Summer being over isn’t a reason to let go now. It’s actually the opposite. This is exactly when next summer gets built.

Not in May, when everyone panics.

Now.

While there’s actual time to work on your body, your mindset, your goals, without a deadline breathing down your neck.

What if this was the last summer you felt uncomfortable in your body?

What if this was the last summer you gave your freedom away?

What if this was the last summer you held yourself back?

What if this was the last summer you had to restrict and diet again after your holiday?

What if you actually decided you’d had enough?

I call it the „I’m done“ moment, and I’ve had it more than once (especially the ones who are a part of my life and business since we founded in 2020 know this 😉) . With dieting. With feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. With my life in Switzerland. My back then job. Past relationships.

A lot of things, actually.

But nothing changes

1. without you deciding that you are done
2. taking action after that moment.

That’s the one and only habit worth building here, one that matters more than any other single habit you could adopt: doing what you say you’re going to do.

Making your words and your actions actually match.

That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

No other habit produces results like that ONE.

So if you’ve had your „I’m done“ moment, this is where it starts. Not next May. Now.

I can’t wait to see you there and work personally with you!

Other women are already building the bodies and lives they want, come and join too. Once and for all đŸ˜đŸ„łđŸ«¶đŸ»

Most of you walk in for the way you look.
All of you will walk out with a lot more than that.

The last one in this series, let’s talk excuses ~ because some are real! You’re sick. You’re injured. You genuinely need rest. Those aren’t excuses, that’s knowing and supporting your body.

But most of the excuses I hear aren’t that.

„I don’t know what to do.“
„I don’t have time.“
„I can’t do this.“
„I’m not disciplined enough.“
„I will embarass myself.“

None of those are reasons to not start. They’re fear, wearing a very convincing (!) costume.

You do NOT need to know what to do. Nobody starts knowing what to do. I show you what to do and give you that clarity.

You do NOT need to be strong yet. Nobody starts strong. That’s the whole point of starting and making progress (would be sooo boring if you couldn’t make any single progress anywhere in your life and you would already simply be perfect, wouldn’t it lol)

And, to really don’t let those fear ruling you for any longer: You DO NOT need to figure any of this out alone. You can decide to learn it together with me once, and keep it forever.

If any of the above is the thing standing between you and the gym, that’s exactly what I’m here for and when you should start. In person on Gotland. Or online from anywhere in the world through The Consistency Code.

That’s the last tip in this series ~ not a rep count, not a machine setting. Just a lovely kick in the bum saying: your excuse probably isn’t as real as it feels.

And making you realise that you are the one deciding if that thought rules you or not. In my opinon it shouldn’t any longer. Because it feels god damn GOOD to step through those fears and come out of it on the other side 😉

This kick in the bum puts you back into your power, because I know that you have it 😘

In this episode, we’re breaking down something I get asked about constantly ~ what healthy eating actually looks like, and I explain why the picture most of us are carrying around in our heads is just wrong.

I walk through exactly what I mean by healthy ~ the actual framework I use with clients, real meals with real portions and macros, the kind of thing you can write down and make tonight.

A burrito bowl. Pan sheet Salmon and sweet potatoes. Even chocolate, built in on purpose, not snuck around. Because here’s the thing: the version of „healthy eating“ most of us learned is bland, restrictive, and something you push through until the weekend. That’s not healthy eating. That’s a diet wearing a „healthy“ tag.

We talk about:

‱ what actually makes a meal „healthy“ ~ and why it’s simpler than you think

‱ real example meals, with exact portions and macros

‱ why cutting carbs was never the answer, and never needed to be

‱ how building treats like chocolate into the structure beats relying on willpower every single time

‱ what changes once you know what healthy looks like on a plate
