Instead of letting that emotion grip you and stop you from doing you love

Channel that energy to bring out the best in you

So that you can serve better

So that you can perform better

Perform an internal and external audit!

Internally, list down all your accomplishments and reflect upon how far you’ve come along

Externally, connect with people you have previously served, and you will realise that what you are able to do effortlessly, was something really difficult for them

Embrace all your emotions, good and bad - and use it unleash the greatness within 🙌

𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐲

I’m sure many of you wish to live a better version of your life

A version where you are earning more income

A version where you are scoring better grades

A version where you are healthier

And yet, when reality falls short of what we wished for

We start to blame everything else around us instead of looking inwards

We give up and decide that we are not deserving of big dreams

We forget of everything that we have accomplished and overcame to reach where we are today

And this quote is such an apt reminder to remember that I am able whatever I wish for because I have everything

I need to turn my dreams into reality

All that’s left is to push myself beyond my comfort zone and have faith that things will work out in the end

You too, my friends, have what it takes to seize the opportunity to transform your wish into reality

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

“Vasu! How do you stay positive even when things are not going your way?”

That question definitely gets me every time

I could think of so many reasons why I should NOT be negative…

But I rather share about the first thing that always comes to my mind

There was a movie named, INSTINCT

Anthony Hopkins was playing the role of a photographer observing a family of Gorillas in the jungle

And then it suddenly rained!

He panicked and scrambled to keep himself and his equipment dry – pulling leaves and branches together to form a shelter

From the corner of his eyes, he noticed something different altogether

The gorillas were sitting still while the rain showered on them

It was such a peaceful and calming sight, watching the rain fall on them

Friends, life isn’t only about the sunny days. It’s about the rainy days too!

When we are able to enjoy being in both sun and rain, positivity becomes everlasting within us ☀️🌧

𝗠𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀

My motto of living my life to the fullest has brought me to the cliff of the most dangerous places and back, countless times!

And with each time coming, I feel as though I’m bringing along from the cliff, lessons that are meant to be shared with the world

Lessons that has shaped me to be bold and take risks

Lessons that helped me bounce back from the failures that comes after

Lessons that makes me wiser with my next step

And that eventually put myself in places sharing these ideas with executives and C-suites, to build their teams to perform better, faster, stronger!

But I’m now on a mission to drop the suit & tie and pick the paper & pen again, to share these lessons with parents and students

So that they too, can live a life of colour that gets them excited to explore the world together as parent and child!
