This is our Delivery Service Rate for BIKE 😃

*Same Day Delivery*
(Pick up and deliver on same day)

Parcel, will be $5 per parcel under 5KG island wide (excluding restricted area)
*Collection and delivery will be anytime between 10am to 10pm*

Time sensitive/ urgent (eg: urgent documents, express below 2hours service, Cook / Frozen food) will be $10 per parcel under 5KG island wide delivery (excluding restricted area)
*Can choose time to pick up and priority delivery*

Extra KG will be at $1.00 per KG, cap at Maximum weight 15KG.

Dear Merchant, if you have parcel to be collected or deliver, pleas do get the full address as in the unit number, please DO NOT submit to us a video where to get the parcel, like example: (which riser in the HDB BLK as sender or recipient not comfortable in giving their unit number). We will not entertain specially calling sender or recipient to meet at BLK downstairs, or lift lobby. We have lots of parcel to be deliver everyday and we are trying our very best to deliver all parcel the same day, therefore if we need to call the sender or recipient, and they fail to pick up the call or have to wait for them to come down, (which some take 30mins to come down to pass/take the parcel) which is a waste of the precious time. We respect your time, I hope you can respect our timing too. Thank you for your kind understanding.
