From 89 to 62 on the scale - without having to go to to the gym!

Want to know how I did it? Read on more and let me share more on how I achieved this - and how anyone can achieve it too!

Assalamualaikum ladies, my name is Hawa - and once upon a time, I was grossly out of shape.

Back then, I was always working and didn't have time to take care of my health and my body. As a result I started to gain weight because I love to eat!

I also don’t like what I see myself in the mirror.

Until one day, I told myself I had enough - I had to do something about it.

Even though I exercise weekly, but to my surprise, my body didn't really change - and to make things worst, because of how heavy I was, I got injuries very very easily.

One day, I met my coach, who told me that it wasn't about exercising or trying to "burn calories" - it's about what I eat and how it affects my body's composition.

I took her advice and began to focus instead on my nutrition intake - and alhamdulillah, I went from 89 to 62 without having to work out!

I just focused on what I ate and ensured that it helped me lose those unwanted kilos.

Want to do the same too? For the past few months, I've been advising my close friends and family on what they too can do to get in the best shape of their life .
