From 89 to 62 on the scale - without having to go to to the gym!

Assalamualaikum ladies, my name is Hawa - and once upon a time, I was grossly out of shape.
Back then, I was always working and didn't have time to take care of my health and my body. As a result I started to gain weight because I love to eat!
I also don’t like what I see myself in the mirror.
Until one day, I told myself I had enough - I had to do something about it.
Even though I exercise weekly, but to my surprise, my body didn't really change - and to make things worst, because of how heavy I was, I got injuries very very easily.
One day, I met my coach, who told me that it wasn't about exercising or trying to "burn calories" - it's about what I eat and how it affects my body's composition.
I took her advice and began to focus instead on my nutrition intake - and alhamdulillah, I went from 89 to 62 without having to work out!
I just focused on what I ate and ensured that it helped me lose those unwanted kilos.
