Eid is not about new clothes, a feast on the table, or who celebrates it the grandest. Eid is about the heart—a heart that forgives, a heart that is grateful, and a heart that returns to its purest state.

In life, we don’t always get what we want. But Syawal reminds us—we still have what we truly need. Family, friendships, peace, and the chance to begin again.

So today, we celebrate. Not just with ketupat and rendang, but with prayers that the days ahead will be gentler, more meaningful, and filled with divine grace.

From a heart that is always learning to be better, I seek forgiveness for any shortcomings, seen or unseen.

The Quran repeatedly calls us to ponder, reflect, and seek understanding. It is not just a book of laws or stories but a divine guide urging us to think deeply about life, existence, and our purpose.

🔎 "Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought." (Qur'an, Ar-Ra'd 13:3)

Here are 11 key ways the Quran encourages us to be thinkers:

6️⃣ The other half – Understanding relationships in life. (Qur’an, 51:49)
7️⃣ Who gave it to you? – Recognizing the source of all blessings. (Qur’an, 26:7)
8️⃣ Find the parable – Lessons hidden in stories and metaphors. (Qur’an, 7:176)
9️⃣ Where’s the mistake? – Seeking truth and correcting errors. (Qur’an, 4:82)
🔟 Destruction is Mercy – Hardships often lead to growth and renewal. (Qur’an, 28:43)

We all have those moments when our inner critic speaks up, filling our minds with doubts and negativity. But what if we could transform these thoughts into empowering affirmations? Here's how you can reframe common negative self-talk into positive and constructive messages.

1. **Negative Thought:** "I am so bad at this."
**Reframe:** "If I keep at it, I will improve."
- **Reflection:** Every expert was once a beginner. Progress comes with practice, so embrace the journey of learning.

2. **Negative Thought:** "They will never like me. I suck."
**Reframe:** "I'll be myself, and if we vibe – cool!"
- **Reflection:** Authenticity is magnetic. Being true to yourself attracts the right people who appreciate you for who you are.

3. **Negative Thought:** "Other people’s opinions are right."
**Reframe:** "I can consider other opinions but should form my own."
