🇲🇾✈️🇺🇸 From the East Coast of Malaysia to campuses across the United States, Chef Shuhada completed a 28-day journey across seven US campuses as part of Sodexo’s Global Chef Program, introducing Malaysian cuisine to thousands of students and Sodexo's global team!

From Beef Rendang and Nasi Lemak to Gula Melaka Sago and Pisang Goreng, many experienced Malaysian flavours for the very first time. For Chef Shuhada, it was a proud opportunity to represent Malaysia on a global stage and show how local flavours can bring people, cultures and communities together.
