A Brilliant 2025!
With trust and gratitude, we reflect on a rewarding 2025 marked by a credible and impactful body of work in Singapore and abroad.
As an arts charity grounded in a strong social mission, we remain deeply thankful to our funders, donors, sponsors, partners, and supporters who journeyed with us throughout the year.
Our performing arm, Odyssey Dance Theatre, continued to uphold artistic excellence through premieres, performances, and signature choreographies under the artistic direction of Dr Danny Tan.
Presenting Singapore’s creative voice across Asia, we collaborated with more than 20 international organisations. We are especially grateful for the presence and support of several ambassadors who advanced our cultural diplomacy and commended our classic works, Echoes and In Sync.
Beyond the stage, we reached diverse communities through six festivals and major global engagements, including the iconic 13th Biennial Xposition “O” Contemporary Dance Fiesta. Spanning five months, this flagship initiative connected seven cities across six Asian countries. Through these efforts, we proudly built communities in motion—celebrating life, dance, and passion.
We also uplifted elderly beneficiaries from over ten social service agencies, extending our wellness programmes and fostering meaningful connections through initiatives such as “We Love Community” at the NUS University Cultural Centre, Ho Bee Auditorium. We are grateful to partners including Singapore Heart Foundation, Lions Befrienders, and Parkinson Society Singapore for supporting our extensive work with seniors.
In parallel, we empowered youths from several local institutions through internships, volunteer opportunities, and exposure to our arts and community initiatives. We extend our appreciation to partners such as Fu Hua Secondary School for their meaningful collaboration. From leadership learning for management staff, performance opportunities for the school’s concert band at an ODT premiere, students’ compassionate volunteer journeys serving elderly beneficiaries, to theatre experiences for the wider community—these multi-layered initiatives exemplify creative leadership at its best.
As we move forward, we remain committed to strategic programming that champions accessible arts anytime and anywhere, while strengthening partnerships with our stakeholders.
