Corporate Secretarial Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and prepare documents and forms required for the company’s portfolio of clients.
Ensure statutory books are in order and updated for the company’s portfolio of clients.
Experience in handling a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
Formation of Singapore companies and offshore companies.
Follow-up with the client on the return of documents and forms and ensure submission of statutory forms and documents to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and IRAS within the stipulated deadline.
Attend to the routine of officers, share transfer and allotment, update registers and minute book etc.
Assist to remind clients of the deadline for holding the Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.
Assist to retrieve and provide documents, files and information for auditors on behalf of clients.
Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
Attend to striking-off of companies, EP/work pass/LOC applications, administration of CorpPass etc.
Documents filing, photocopying, setting up new clients’ files after incorporation of the company and any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates possess a degree or other professional qualifications.
Good knowledge of the Companies Act is preferred
Min. 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Possess a positive attitude and response.
Mature thinking and service-oriented.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency bilingual to liaise with clients/colleagues

Hiring Accounts Executive

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for learning and growing a career in an expanding Corporate and Accounting Services company in Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain clients’ accounts – accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts
Assist in GST Filing and maintaining proper filing of accounting statements and records
Ensure the accuracy of financial documents as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Liaise with clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
Take up additional duties to support the team

Qualifications:

The Singapore government has recently announced the Enhanced Job Support Scheme (JSS). The objective is to help companies retain their local employees (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) during the period of uncertainty as the government believes the crisis of COVID 19 will continue for a year or even longer until vaccine becomes widely available.

I really appreciate the Singapore government has put the JSS in place to support companies across all sectors (continue provide wage support to local employees including shareholder-directors up to 75% for the first S$4,600 gross monthly wage until Mar 2021. Employers do not need to apply for the JSS as the cash grant will be computed based on CPF contribution data.
