Dear Leaders,
Encountered a moving and thought-provoking piece recently that struck a chord with me. Reflecting on the visuals and quote, my immediate emotion was one of innocence and love. Upon recognizing this emotion, I realized that leading with love and innocence allows for genuine connections and positive intentions to flourish - potentially creating an EQ- ESG Sustainability approach into the Future.. 🙏

This led me to ponder how I can leverage these feelings to collaborate with individuals globally, fostering a deeper emotional understanding and empathy for one another. 🤔

My ultimate aim is to cultivate a more emotionally intelligent and socially responsible environment, creating a more sustainable leadership and workforce where we can support and uplift each other as we strive to rediscover our humanity.

Yesterday was an incredibly rewarding experience, working alongside the visionary senior management team at Tour East. I had the privilege of facilitating a thought-provoking session on the ESG sustainability essential strategic competencies and mindset for management levels required to drive sustainable leadership within their organization 🙏 ........ and,

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share insights on how we can collectively embrace ESG sustainability as a core business imperative. Equally, it was a day of personal growth for me, as I learned from the diverse perspectives and authentic contributions in a truly collaborative environment in the Eco-tourism space.....🙏

It’s inspiring to be part of a leadership journey where we not only discuss the path forward but also create the space to explore it together.
