HICE 2026 has come to an end, and what a show it has been!
Yes, this post is almost two weeks late. But there’s a good reason: we came back with more than 200 inquiries and have been busy getting back to everyone. We’re still working through them, but honestly, we couldn’t be happier!
We met many old friends and made plenty of new ones from all over the world, even as far as South America. We also connected with green coffee producers and roasted coffees from areas we had never tried before, some of which were absolutely wonderful. It proved our machines can be a great fit for coffee-growing regions, allowing farmers to quickly roast, sample and taste their own coffee right at the source — and reminded us how much there is still to discover in coffee.
Throughout the show, we received valuable feedback on how we should position and price our machines moving forward. We’ll take this seriously as we continue refining our products.
Our machines were also put through a serious test. Three out of four exceeded our expectations, roasting almost nonstop throughout the exhibition. The fourth eventually decided it had done enough work and gave up on us! But even that became a valuable experience, showing us what we can improve.
With our Roast2Brew Experience Bar, visitors could see the roasting process and enjoy freshly roasted coffee right at the booth. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did.

没错，这篇帖子晚了将近两周。但原因很简单：展会结束后，我们收到了超过 200 个咨询，目前还在努力回复大家。虽然很忙，但我们真的非常开心！
这次我们见到了许多老朋友，也认识了来自世界各地的新朋友，甚至还有来自南美的朋友。我们也与咖啡生豆生产商交流，并烘焙了一些以前从未尝试过的产区咖啡，其中一些真的非常棒。这也让我们进一步验证了一个想法：我们的机器非常适合咖啡产区，让咖啡农可以在产地直接快速烘焙、取样并品尝自己的咖啡，同时也让我们发现，咖啡的世界还有太多值得探索。
展会期间，我们收到了很多宝贵反馈，包括机器定位和定价方面的重要意见。我们会认真参考并继续改进产品。
我们的机器也经历了严苛的考验。四台机器中有三台超出了预期，几乎不停地工作。至于第四台……它觉得自己已经够努力了，于是决定罢工了！不过，这也让我们更清楚接下来需要改进的地方。
通过 Roast2Brew Experience Bar，大家可以看到烘焙过程，也能在展位直接喝到新鲜烘焙的咖啡。希望大家和我们一样享受这次体验。
