Our rotor balancing equipment supplier recently deployed a qualified engineer to our workshop to conduct a detailed inspection and fine-tuning of the rotor balancing machine. During the visit, the engineer verified the mechanical alignment, sensor accuracy, calibration settings, and overall operating condition of the equipment to ensure optimal performance and measurement reliability.

In addition to the inspection, the engineer provided a practical technical briefing to our technicians, explaining the working principles of the rotor balancing system. This included how vibration sensors detect imbalance, how phase angle and amplitude are measured, and how the balancing software calculates correction weights and positions.
