ESG Society's Online Training Series is intended to be an introductory learning session on business related topics for ESG Society Members and friends.

In its 2nd edition, the topic shall be Capital Raising - Understanding s**C and other financing options. For this event, participants do not need a background in banking or finance. This session would be useful for the following groups of participants:

1) Entrepreneurs or senior executives who may consider to raise capital to grow their companies through private markets or S**Cs
2) Enterprise Singapore officers who account manage start-ups or SMEs
3) Anyone keen to learn more about S**Cs

This event aims to share about the different financing options for companies, (debt, equity or hybrid) at different stages of growth and implication for businesses and participants will learn about S**Cs and key concepts surrounding the S**C listing and de-S**C process and case studies.
