Deploy and perform testing of end points, Office 365 services, ADFS and authenticate moderns.
Analyse, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 related issues.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology or any relevant degree.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Microsoft technologies especially hands-on experience in cross-forest Active Directory migration, on-premises Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migration projects.
Preferably possess Microsoft certification such as MCSE: Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
Possess strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security.
Able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Create documentation, perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software related issues.
Serve as a primary support and maintenance resource for customers.
Perform required maintenance off hours and support 24x7 operations.
Participate in requirements gathering with clients
Requirements
Min 2 year’s experiences in virtualization technology.
Minimum Diploma in computer science, information technology, computer programming, or similar.
Knowledge of server, storage systems, virtualization technologies and networking.
Knowledge of datacenter route/switch technology, backup/recovery
Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills.
Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Keen learner and able to present to clients.
Knowledge in Hyper-V or VMware.
