We live in a small place, there are five people in a household (and) when the children are learning it echoes.

Most of us didn’t know what Zoom was before last year. Today, it has become a household word. Many Singaporeans use it for school and work meetings.

Children were unable to attend school in the customary manner, with a large group gathered together in a classroom. But Zoom let them mimic the experience virtually. It definitely felt different but being able to see classmate's faces, on the screens, helped them to connect and build rapport.
