A candidate's resume might say "customer success." The job description might say "client relations." Same skill, different words.
Most systems screen resumes by matching exact keywords. If the wording doesn't line up, a well-qualified candidate can get filtered out before anyone reads their profile properly.
At People Profilers, we built our own matching technology to work differently. It reads job scope and context, not just words, recognising that the same skill set can show up in a resume in many different ways.
The result: candidates get matched on what a role actually requires, not on how closely their resume happens to word it.
If you're hiring in the months ahead, send us the role, and we'll find the candidates a keyword search would have missed.
