For us, career fairs go beyond recruitment.
They are an opportunity to meet people, hear their stories and aspirations, understand what today’s talent market is looking for, and share more about QXY Resources, our projects, our culture, and the opportunities available as we continue to grow.
Over the two days, our team had the chance to connect with many talented individuals from different backgrounds — and of course, there was plenty of talking, standing, smiling, and some very tired legs by the end of it 😄. But every conversation made the experience worthwhile.
Employer branding is not only about what we post or what appears in a job advertisement.
It is built through every conversation, every interaction, and every experience someone has with our people and our organisation.
