📝 Notes From the Field

→ Celebrating milestones, especially anniversaries, is a major thing. As time goes on, figuring out how to celebrate years of legacy becomes a question that warrants more thought. Swipe through to see how we partnered with SMU to turn their rich 25 years of rich history and legacy into a multi-phase digital anniversary campaign.

When Hope Comes Alive 🫂

SWCDC's Love Keeps Hope Alive: Stories of Care, an exhibition celebrating the love and strength that caregivers give every day. A few weekends ago the exhibit was featured at the Public Health Service (PHS) event organised by NUS Medicine students. It was a joy seeing people show up to celebrate and honour the caregivers in their lives! 💖

Thank you to all the caregivers who trusted us with their stories, and to everyone who helped bring Love Keeps Hope Alive: Stories of Care to life. 🌻

DREAM UP 💭
Life is full of uncertainties, except one: Change. And when change happens we get challenged, we learn, we grow.

Click through to see what's challenged our GM for Remote Operations, Jane, and what lessons she's learned from her first 5 years at BJC!

"Just when I thought there was a clear end in sight, I was challenged to think about what’s next. And I think that’s what excites me most about the next few years at BJC. How much further can I go? How much bigger can my comfort zone become? What else could I do that I haven’t even imagined yet?

The thought of what’s next is honestly a little scary because with bigger possibilities come bigger risks. But at the same time, it excites the sh*t out of me.

So yes, I’m looking forward to dreaming up what’s next." -Jane

How are you dreaming up what's next?

Impact deserves more than a good story. It deserves evidence.

📊 Creating impact is only part of the journey. Being able to measure it, learn from it, and communicate it effectively is what helps organisations build trust, improve outcomes, and unlock future opportunities.

🌊 Today, we’re diving into why proof matters and how meaningful impact measurement can strengthen your mission.

➡️ Click and see why measuring impact isn't about numbers alone, but about making every action count!

Better Systems. Better Work. Better Impact.

⚙️ When processes are unclear, even the most passionate teams end up spending more time fighting fires than creating change.

🔨 Today, we’re breaking down how strong systems aren’t built around bureaucracy but around reducing friction, creating clarity, and giving your team the space to focus on what truly matters.

➡️ Swipe and discover how the right processes can help your organisation work smarter, not harder!

Sustainable impact doesn't happen by accident. It's built through intentional systems, healthy teams, and meaningful measurement. Impact@Work is structured around the three things every impact organisation needs to get right. 🙌🏽

That's why Brain Juice Collective, in partnership with Asana, BrioHR, Lien Centre for Social Innovation, NCSS Singapore, and Tote Board, is bringing together Singapore's impact sector leaders for Impact@Work, a full-day learning event designed for leaders and teams in Singapore's non-profit and social enterprise sector.

🪴PROCESS: Better Ways of Working
-Build the systems and habits that create focus, reduce chaos, and give your team the capacity to deliver.

🤸🏽‍♀️PEOPLE: Purpose Meets Performance
-Lead high-performing teams without overextending the people who care the most.

🎯PROOF: Measuring What Matters
-Move beyond activity counts and measure what actually changes in the communities you serve.
