The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Director.
The ideal candidate must be exceedingly well-organized, have strong multitasking skills, enjoy administrative challenges and have a strong inclination to work in an independent working environment. Attention to detail is as important as keeping an eye on the big picture. Most importantly, be a superb gatekeeper and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The Role
• Provide personal and business executive administrative support to the Director
• Calendar management includes scheduling/coordination of details for meetings with internal and external contacts
• Managing travel arrangements for personal and business
• Completing and tracking expense reports
• Perform research on various topics as requested
• Organization and maintenance of information that may be sensitive confidential or technical in nature
• Handle full cycle of recruitment activities from advertising of positions, candidates screening to interview appointments
• Possess social media marketing and website advertising skill set,
creates social media campaigns, marketing strategies and content ideation.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
• Able to write and speak simple Mandrian to communicate with Chinese investor in China
• Exercising good judgment to effectively manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Professional attitude and demeanour
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Windows, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to review data and create and maintain charts in Excel
• Occasional Business Travelling is required

The Personal Assistant may work on special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Someone with energy, with a pleasant and upbeat personality and excellent skills.
