https://destinyarchitect.short.gy/Telegram In 2022, I celebrated my 10th year as a Professor in International Taxation. But my real work began when I stopped following the rules… and started rewriting them. I’ve spent over three decades across law, taxation, business strategy, and human transformation. From PwC to Baker McKenzie, I lived t

hrough boardrooms, deadlines, and global deals. But the deeper I went, the clearer it became — logic alone doesn’t move people. If leadership feels harder now, you’re not imagining it. Your team isn’t responding like before. Your strategies don’t land. That’s because we’ve entered what Chinese Metaphysics calls Period 9 — the Fire era, running from 2024 to 2043. It’s fast, feminine, fluid, and brutally demanding. What worked before no longer works now. Western leadership taught us control, systems, and strategy. It served us well… until it didn’t. Period 9 demands flow, alignment, and resonance. The leaders who thrive now are not just intelligent — they’re energetically tuned in. My journey started in 1993 with degrees in Law and Accounting from Murdoch University. I earned my MBA in 2002, my Master of Laws in 2004, and built a strong corporate career. Then, I walked away to teach and train leaders globally. Between 2018 and 2020, I created Master Your Stage™, SpeakerHero™, and StageClosersSHEROes™. But the biggest transformation came when I merged East and West. BaZi taught me elemental strength. QiMen Dun Jia taught me timing and precision. Feng Shui shifted how results flow. Yi Jing revealed cycles that explain why things rise and fall. That’s when my clients stopped burning out — and started breaking through. I’ve spoken on hundreds of stages and worked with minds like Gary Vaynerchuk, Brian Tracy, Claude Silver, Dr. John Demartini, and D.C. Cordova. I’ve trained speakers, mentored CEOs, and built platforms that move people to act. But what I do now goes beyond performance. I help leaders evolve their energy, so their leadership naturally commands presence and results. Most people think the problem is the team, the market, or a lack of tactics. It’s not. It’s misalignment. You can’t build a Period 9 business with Period 8 energy. I don’t coach businesses. I ignite leaders. My clients are founders, consultants, and experts who want to lead with precision, flow, and power — without losing their soul in the process. Today, I run The Business Sage™ — a private lab for leaders who want to scale through stage, collaboration, and consciousness. It’s not a motivational group. It’s a results-driven container for those serious about impact and alignment. If you’re earning well but feeling stuck, unseen, or uninspired, it’s time to upgrade your leadership frequency. Join my Telegram community, The Destiny Architect, where I share free tools, metaphysical forecasts, and strategy frameworks to help you lead with confidence in this new era. I’m Jack — Professor. Strategist. Speaker. Destiny Architect. Let’s evolve your leadership into a force they can’t ignore.

When pressure hits, do you trust your first reaction or the quality of your judgment?
Most business problems do not appear when conditions are stable. They appear when cash is tight, a partnership strains, a client pushes back, or a decision arrives before all the facts do.
The difference between strong leaders and struggling leaders is rarely intelligence. It is the ability to create enough space between the problem and the response to see what actually matters.
A rushed decision can create a second problem that did not exist five minutes earlier. A measured response often reveals that the real issue lies elsewhere than where the pressure first appears.

What does it say about a prospect's intent when they will talk, but will not commit to an appointment?
Many sales teams focus on better scripts, better questions, or better follow-up. The real issue often appears much earlier. A prospect who will not protect time for a conversation is showing you how they value the conversation itself.
An appointment is a commitment. It creates accountability on both sides and signals that the discussion matters enough to reserve space for it. Without that commitment, conversations drift, priorities change, and opportunities disappear into busy schedules.
Protect your appointments and protect your calls. If a prospect cannot commit to a meeting, there may not be a conversation worth having yet.

What happens when business owners hand strategy to AI instead of handing AI a process?
Most discussions about AI focus on replacement. In practice, businesses that see results use it to eliminate repetitive work, accelerate ex*****on, and create more capacity for higher-value decisions.
Over the past year, I built GPTs across multiple platforms to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency. They save time, improve consistency, and handle tasks that would otherwise consume hours each week.
The important distinction is that AI does not decide where the business is going. It does not define priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, or determine what matters most. Those responsibilities still belong to the business leader.
Technology works best when it strengthens judgment rather than replacing it. The businesses gaining the most from AI are not delegating strategy to machines. They are using machines to execute the strategy more effectively.

What do you do when the month rewards speed but punishes careless movement?
June's Wood Horse energy can make instability feel normal. Rats may face sudden disruption, while Oxen may notice slower forms of erosion through delayed decisions, quiet pressure, or small issues that compound.
This is not a month for force. Slow down before signing, double-check what others assume, and do not let urgency make your decisions for you.
The right move may still be bold, but it should not be reactive. Join the Destiny Architect Telegram if you want a strategy for reading the month before the pressure starts making choices on your behalf.

What if June 2026 is not the event, but the period that reveals how prepared you are for the event?
Many people treat forecasts as predictions to watch from a distance. A better approach is to use them as a prompt for preparation. When pressure rises, your habits, decisions, and timing matter far more than your hopes about the outcome.
Chinese Metaphysics is not about waiting for luck to arrive or fearing what might happen next. It is about understanding your energetic DNA, recognizing periods of friction and opportunity, and making better decisions while conditions are still forming.
June 2026 may bring intense, energetic storms for some and unexpected openings for others. The difference often comes down to knowing your own structure before the pressure arrives, rather than trying to understand it after the fact.

What does it say about your strategy when one unexpected event can erase an entire day's plan?
Most people call it a productivity problem. In reality, it is often a planning problem. A to-do list assumes the day will cooperate, while a strategy assumes interruptions, competing priorities, and imperfect conditions.
When the day gets disrupted, a strategy still points to the next-highest-value move. A to-do list offers a menu of unfinished tasks and leaves you deciding again under pressure, usually when time and attention are already limited.
The difference becomes obvious after a difficult day. If everything changed and you still know what matters most tomorrow, you have a strategy. If you are staring at the same list and wondering where to start, you are managing tasks instead of directing outcomes.

What separates a productive call from a calendar event that could have been an email?
A short video before the meeting answers that question. It gives context, frames the decision, and lets people arrive with informed questions instead of spending the first fifteen minutes catching up.
Most calls lose value because the real discussion starts after everyone understands the situation. A two-minute video that moves things forward, so the meeting can focus on choices, risks, and next steps.
The result is better preparation on both sides and a clearer signal of how each party thinks. Time stays focused on decisions that require conversation rather than information that could have been shared in advance.

What actually breaks a launch first when a market gets louder?
Most founders assume enthusiasm will carry the business through the final stretch. In a fire heavy month like May 2026, enthusiasm creates motion, but motion without clear priorities often exposes weak assumptions, rushed decisions, and unresolved bottlenecks.
A launch does not fail because people lacked effort. It fails when timing gets treated as a substitute for preparation, and when leaders mistake confidence for evidence that the business can handle attention, demand, and scrutiny.
Before pushing harder, examine the structure behind the plan. Can the team execute consistently, can partners support the pace, and can the business deliver on the expectations created by the launch.
May rewards clear thinking more than excitement. If you want deeper insight into timing, partnerships, and business decisions, join the Destiny Architect Telegram community.

What gets worse in June when pressure rises?
The imbalance you already tolerate usually shows up first. Some leaders keep adding weight to a weak plan like a child packing mud onto a wall, while others press the accelerator because motion feels safer than judgment.
June does not reward more force. It rewards the leader who can see where patience has become refusal, and where speed has become poor control.
Adapt before the month makes the lesson more expensive. Join the Destiny Architect Telegram chat if you want sharper reads on timing, business decisions, and personal strategy.

What gets neglected in your business because it never feels urgent?
Urgent work demands attention now. A client issue, a missed deadline, or an unexpected problem forces a response. Important work is different. It sits quietly in the background, even though it determines where the business will be six months from now.
Most growth stalls because leaders spend their days reacting instead of building. Hiring, strategic planning, relationship development, and process improvement rarely create immediate pressure, yet these decisions shape future results more than today's interruptions.
A full calendar is not evidence of progress. Many professionals stay busy while postponing the work that would remove future bottlenecks, strengthen the business, and create better options when conditions change.
The question is not whether urgent matters deserve attention. The question is whether they consume so much attention that important work never gets done.
