Yesterday, we came together as a vibrant community of MAP mentors, practitioners, MWF graduates, and guests for a truly heartwarming event.

💖 It was such a joy to meet face-to-face, connect, and share the incredible energy that unites us!

🌿 Some of our talented MAP coaches gave insightful and uplifting presentations that left us feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

🍴A special shoutout to one of our amazing MWF graduates, Kashmira —who also happens to be a chef—for preparing a meal that was truly divine. Every bite was a testament to her talent and love for creating something magical.

🎁 Everyone left with gifts that will continue to nurture and uplift us in the days to come.

We had a wonderful reunion with the team that participated in the wellness event last Nov 2023. And we all came in our “uniform” T.
We celebrate how far we have come and what each of us are doing integrating MAP in our work and in our life. So much growth, support and bonding with one another.

We also celebrated Sharon who just turned 50 and fabulous. Version 2.0.

A wonderful time of celebration, appreciation and surprises!

We'll have a short discussion on what self care means to us, reflect on what makes it difficult to prioritize it, then do a group clearing with MAP. It will be a gentle and soothing experience with no preparation required😊

In 2018 we had the pleasure of hosting MAP Coaching Institute co-founder Colette Streicher. 6 years later we are so honored to host the other co-founder Val Streicher.

Our Singapore MAP Practitioners got to spend time with Val and be inspired by his wisdom. The week wrapped up with a workshop on our client journey process. It brought about many profound ideas and connected our MAP practitioners from the 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 cohorts and even current students.

The MAP team had a catch up the other day to share what we've been up to since the convention. In spite of jetlag, Sofie Hon gave a talk at Eugene Seah's "Superbrand Me" book sharing, which was very well received! So Bingz Huang got her autograph😍

We've all been feeling inspired since the convention, and lots of ideas flowed from the conversation. When the time is right we will share them with you, so do watch this space!🤗

Meet Bingz Huang from Bingz Healing Light. She works with people who instinctively know they need to be gentler with themselves but need someone to hold space for this profound shift.

Through the MAP Certification program, she released another layer of internal harshness that shows up as constantly struggling to reach her business and weight loss goals.

Instead of mindlessly scrolling through her phone most of the time, she now finds fulfillment through dancing and coaching clients through a blend of Human Design + MAP + Gentleness.
