The skills that power great CX can also help protect a coral reef. 🌊💙

TDCX has launched its group-wide volunteer program in partnership with Citizens of the Reef (COTR), marking a meaningful step in our commitment to marine conservation. The initiative kicked off with an “Hour of Power” session led by Kelly Powell and Bex Carman from COTR, bringing our teams together to analyze thousands of reef images. Every image processed generates critical data, helping scientists pinpoint marine areas most in need of protection. It is the same commitment to precision and purpose we bring to CX, directed toward something bigger.

TDCX Malaysia recently partnered with Kechara Soup Kitchen (KSK) for the third consecutive year, rallying our people behind a company-wide grocery donation drive. 🤝

For over 17 years, KSK has operated as a non-religious, non-discriminatory organization serving Malaysia’s most vulnerable groups, including the homeless, the urban poor, and Orang Asli communities. Their essential Food Bank, Soup Kitchen, and Empowerment programs provide critical lifelines every single day.

At TDCX Singapore, our supported the Singapore Red Cross Donation Drive, contributing 18 cartons of pre-loved clothes, toys, books, gadgets, and household essentials. These will be sold through the Red Cross Thrift Shop to fund essential social welfare programs for vulnerable communities.
