"One of the best lessons I've learnt from a former boss is that I don't have to be the best at everything. I just need to be 1% better than I was yesterday.

This simple advice has stayed with me throughout my journey, both professionally and personally. It reminds me that life isn't about being perfect, but about learning, growing and making small improvements every day.

Our IWFCI Singapore delegates were in Manila on October 16 to celebrate the official launch of the IWFCI Philippines Chapter at the Brittany Hotel, BGC!

Surrounded by inspiring leaders in their finest Filipiniana, and standing alongside fellow delegates from Malaysia, the night was a celebration of community, regional unity, and international collaboration.
