Thank you for having us at Food for Thought: A Swiss Culinary Innovation Soirée, the official opening of Swiss Weeks 2026 with Embassy of Switzerland Singapore at the Capitol Theatre 🇨🇭

An evening that brought together a diverse group of innovators, partners, and perspectives, all grounded in one shared theme: how food evolves when ideas meet ex*****on.

We were delighted to contribute to the curated Swiss buffet, where our plant-based proteins were integrated into dishes alongside locally sourced Singaporean ingredients - exactly the kind of real-world application we care about.

Because ultimately, it’s not about concepts.
It’s about whether a product performs - in a kitchen, on a menu, and at scale.

Food for Thought: A Swiss Culinary Innovation Soirée is just around the corner on 21 April 2026, and Early Bird tickets are still available — but only for the first 30 registrations.

Designed as both a networking soirée and a food innovation fair, the event invites guests to explore ideas and innovations from Swiss organisations spanning technology, nutrition, sustainability and culinary artistry.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample these creations, meet the minds behind them, and engage in conversations about the future of food. Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy a specially curated buffet of Swiss inspired dishes, prepared with locally sourced ingredients from Singapore.
