VST Lyra maintains a daily regimen of morning Stretch and Flex exercises under the leadership of Capt. Mahendra Singh.

These exercises are mandated across all ESM-managed vessels to improve the physical fitness of seafarers and prevent injuries onboard.

Following the exercise session, crew members gather to discuss the day's planned activities, associated risks, and the necessary safety precautions before commencing work.
