1. Foul language or inappropriate comments: Discussions and opinions allowed in this page must pertain to ESM’s activities posted here. Defamatory, false or misleading information, po*******hy, abusive or offensive language will not be accepted.
2. Any comments or photos that depict illegal statements, personal attacks, unsafe practices or attempt to impersonate someone (clients/employee/vendors) is not allowed.

4. To create a healthy social environment offline or online, we encourage you to report any grievances or complaints to your respective HR (shore employees) or contact [email protected] (ship employees).
5. Adherence to Company’s Social media policy: All shore and sailing employees must follow the company’s social media policy as provided in our Company’s Safety Management System.
6. Removal of comments/posts: Do note if you fail to comply with our community guidelines, we will remove your post.
