創業，不應是「博一鋪」。

認識一位大學生畢業生A君，我曾經與他共事，後來他轉職到一家Web 3公司，熱潮後公司倒閉，熱愛飲食的他決定轉職做餐飲業。

A君頂手一家小店做了兩年，情侶檔上陣，請了幾個員工，忙忙碌碌卻總是賺不到錢。

租金與數期等等現金流問題管理不周，亦因為沿用上一手供應商，自己未格過價未發現食材成本一直過高，結果開始私人借貸數冚數。

最後幸運地租約期將滿，良心業主亦同意提早完約，否則後果不堪設想。

他當時說「追過夢了」，但女朋友教他理性反省：在頂手餐廳之前根本未做好功課，這一次教訓接近傾家蕩產，實在太昂貴了。

現在不同行業的大小店家紛紛結業，「執笠」似乎成為日常。整體環境問題，加上AI科技創新，社會似乎比以前更「鼓勵」創業，但小個體更要做好風險管理。

創業，不一定要做行業最先驅，也不一定要像Steve Jobs有顛覆世界的創意。

IPHatch創業比賽，提供多間跨國巨企，例如 、 、 、 、 ，只要你有idea將相關專利作出創新應用，不限行業，就有機會嬴得科技專利擁有權，展開創業之路！

說回A君，現在回到媒體行業，早前為其小店營運社交媒體的經驗，也讓他找到了工作。

倒是當初捨命陪Boyfriend的女朋友，真心愛上了餐飲業，現在周遊不同餐廳學師，希望為未來做好準備。

有些夢，有代價，也有回報。這甜蜜的兩口子，共同奮鬥的回憶，怎麼也買不到。
