Career Navigators SG

Career Navigators SG Career Navigators SG is a Singapore based organization.

CAREER NAVIGATORS is the brainchild of two entrepreneurial women who are striving to create equal opportunities for many women who have taken a career hiatus to rejoin the workforce in Singapore. With a wealth of experience, a set of strong skills and a can-do attitude, women who are returning to the workforce, make up a talent pool that is often neglected in the hiring process. As a subsidiary of

Mums@Work (Singapore), we have access to a talent pool of more than 35,000+ Professional, Managerial & Executive women. CAREER NAVIGATORS serve as a compass point for the woman who wants to explore new (or restart previous) career paths. Through self-discovery, training and actual hands-on experiential projects, we assist her in getting back on board and getting ready to ‘up her game’. CAREER NAVIGATORS celebrates gender diversity and encourages companies to support the journey of these women. Acting as a partner, we strive to deliver numerous educational, tactical and strategic projects, enabling employers and job seekers to find the perfect win-win situation. Please kindly note: Depending on the requests of the employers (based on their hiring needs), certain recruitment drives or events may be opened only to Singaporeans/PRs/ Employment Pass holders. For events which the employers have indicated, are open to all, we will notify all those on our mailing list.

Our Work-Integrating-Life Coaching programme has officially launched in a new format.
Many of us, often struggle to balance work and family. When the demands of parenting and/ or caregiving interferes with our work duties, it can be extremely challenging.
Over the last 10 years, we have partnered many women to aid their journey back to work (after a long career break or after maternity leave). We also work alongside hiring managers to understand their challenges and painpoints in helping women return to work. This has given us insights on WHAT IS NEEDED TO MAKE THINGS WORK AT HOME and AT WORK.
Tapping on that wealth of knowledge and experience, we designed WORK-INTEGRATING-LIFE to support women like you, who want to find balance.
Over 4 sessions or 6 sessions, using specific tools, our very experienced coaches will guide you to move towards a more balanced path - in decision making, adapting to changes and future planning.

Our partnership with UOB for the Gig+U Women campaign. - "Those hired under Gig+U Women will receive equal pay and enjoy the same benefits such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage as their peers with similar roles in the bank, subject to their employment status.
New hires will also embark on a programme* with Mums@Work that prepares them for their return to work before they join the bank. This will ensure that they are well supported when they start their careers with UOB, said the bank.
Positions under Gig+U Women have a flexi-hour component built in, where working hours can be adjusted based on needs. This means that women can take up permanent half-day work arrangements, work full- or part-time based on hours of their choice, or do project-based gig work."
