Human Capital Partner, Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd, aims to bridge the gap between Singaporean job seekers and companies looking for talented individuals.
They were able to accomplish this with an in-depth understanding of clients' job openings, corporate culture, professional experience and personal circumstances of the candidates. During the placement process, they conduct interviews to ascertain candidates’ experience, career aspiration and job suitability. They will advise them how to improve their resumes, interview skills and conduct themselves on digital interview platforms.
Despite the Covid-19 situation, they placed 380 local jobseekers over the past year in different roles, with the mandate to help more Singaporeans find a suitable career that they can grow and enjoy working in.
As a fair and progressive employer, they prioritised Singaporeans for middle to senior management roles. They also have structured training programmes for employees such as training in soft skills, change in management styles and technical skills related to industry 4.0 trends. They believe that continuous training and upgrading is the key to finding a fulfilling job in any economy.
