In this current environment and space, I have found that the challenge is not so much a lack of opportunities, because there is no shortage of that. The challenge is more determining ones proper fit, because that is what determines effectiveness, efficiency, and the duration of time that a particular position is occupied or an activity is pursued. Of course the question of net take-home income is top of every one's mind now. This is because of inflation effects, forward planning, and the matter of gaging one's self for the unforseen. These are top of everybody's mind and many feel forced to migrate to where the money holds more value. The choice is always personal, but no everyone will feel the need to uproot.
