About Us
Intervention Workz is a training institution started by Ling and Michelle to plug training gaps; that will help any individuals in learning more about themselves and building their job skills and confidence along the way. Both ladies are qualified ACTA (Singapore Workforce Qualification’s Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) trainers and share a passion in training. With over
ten years combined experience in training and over 30 years of corporate experience in global brands and public institutions, they are competent and qualified trainers. Being homeowners themselves, these ladies are house-proud and they keep their home clean with the help of part-time help so they have their fair share of training the help to match to their standards. Staying true to Intervention Workz mission, they have decided to develop this inaugural programme to help both homeowners and their domestic help, to have the best living environment that they deserve.
