Join us for our upcoming class this June and experience for yourself how this training can transform the way your staff communicates, connects, and serves others better.

Of late, some of our friends have shared that they are facing challenges with staff who struggle to communicate effectively with clients or are unable to fully understand and meet clients’ needs.

This is where the Enneagram can make a difference. In our training, we teach the preferred communication styles of the different Enneagram types and coach individuals to become more sensitive to the needs and emotions of others.

When these skills are developed, staff are able to connect better, communicate more effectively, and serve clients with greater confidence and efficiency.

We’re also sharing a testimonial from one of our clients who experienced the impact firsthand.
