🚨 New E-Scooter Rules in Singapore (Jan 2025 onwards) 🚨

All e-scooters must be registered with LTA and display a QR code sticker before use.

✅ Must meet safety standards (UL2272 certified, max 20kg, max speed 25km/h, lights & brakes).
✅ Only for riders 16+ years old (under-16 must be supervised).
✅ Pass the mandatory theory test before riding.
✅ No riding on footpaths — only cycling paths & PCNs.
✅ Must park at designated racks.

⚠️ Penalties: up to $2,000 fine / 3 months jail (repeat: $5,000 / 6 months).

Many things have to come together to make it happen, d environment, d use cases, d infra etc. I disnt built this scooter but just amazed in how new tech and concepts gets real. 😍
