We do not insist on starting with the whole Asian sectors but can start with South East Asia, South Asia, Greater China or others, depending on manufacturers requests. The manufacturer distributor arrangement is critical to the success of any sales and marketing effort. It is not enough to simply engage a distributor in a country and hope for an uplift in sales, fit is essential. Over the years the principal partners in ADG have developed an extensive network comprising of dealers, distributors, online Retailers, System integrators, consultants and anyone related to our industry. Many of them are a natural fit for manufacturers due to their local experience, resources and management. ADG will assess, propose, engage and lock-up strategic partnerships in order to best pe*****te the respective markets. We also consider each countries regional layout and vertical markets as in certain markets there's a need to have more than one distributor. We work closely to develop sales targets, maintain relationships, support dealers when needed and most importantly, monitor performance in order to ensure continued effectiveness.
