Nhân dịp phải đọc/chấp nhận code-of-conduct của 1 tổ chức làm nhớ lại 1 vài sự cố,

- 2016, nhận được feedback của bạn châu Âu vì bức hình manga mà mình dùng trong rất nhiều năm ko gặp vấn đề gì.
- 2018, nhận ra 1 học viên không phân biệt được một số màu, mà mình lại có 1 số rule về màu sắc post-it.
- và hầu hết các joke của mình liên quan đến quốc gia, ngôn ngữ, giờ chỉ xài lúc say say :D

Mini training: "Scrum Master - Facilitation"

Learning outcomes:
- Show your ability to prepare a facilitation session.
- Demonstrate neutrality while facilitating an event and to hold the group's agenda throughout the meeting.

Duration: 3 hours remote classroom + 1 follow-up feedback call.

Price: pay-as-you-feel. You will need to pay $100 in advance to confirm your seat. After the class, you either can pay more or ask for refund, maximum $100 - bank-fee-if-any 😉
