โ During the session, a young entrepreneur asked about starting a franchise business. His passion and fire were clearly evident.
But as our conversation unfolded, it became apparent he lacked solid business acumen.
โMany people think business is easy or that passion alone will guarantee success, but thatโs rarely the case.
True entrepreneurial success begins with equipping yourself with the right knowledge and skills.

Without a foundation in business fundamentalsโfinances, operations, customer insight, and market awarenessโeven the brightest passion risks fading quickly or leading to costly mistakes.

Implementing or integrating AI means change, and change is often something people fear, resist, or struggle to adapt to.
As a coach and mentor, I encourage aspiring entrepreneurs to embrace this ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐๐ญ. See entrepreneurship not just as a hustle but as a strategic journey, especially in this rapidly evolving AI-influenced world.
โDonโt just start a business to chase money. That path is fragile and can leave you feeling lost when things get tough.

Instead, start because you want to make a difference โ to solve a problem, help others, or bring something meaningful into the world. When your "why" is clear and heartfelt, it gives you the strength and resilience you need, especially when challenges arise.
This is where ๐๐ค๐ข๐ ๐๐ข ๐๐จ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ can be invaluable for entrepreneurs. Finding your Ikigai โ your reason for being โ helps align your passion, mission, talents, and market needs. It grounds your entrepreneurial journey in purpose, guiding decision-making through change and uncertainty.
Entrepreneurship is a journey, not just a hustle. Equip yourself with knowledge, embrace change, and focus on creating meaningful impact.
