Global supply chains aren’t going back to the old normal.
They are being rebuilt.

D&B’s 2026 Supply Chain Outlook shows optimism rising again as firms shift from firefighting to strategic redesign.💡

And ASEAN is right at the centre of this redesign:
● Vietnam for manufacturing
● Malaysia for semiconductors
● Indonesia for minerals
● Thailand for EVs
● Singapore for orchestration, trade finance & compliance

AI is now the operating layer for logistics.
Sustainability is now a market entry requirement.

Scenario planning is now continuous.

The supply chain winners of 2026 will be those that can:
✔ Diversify suppliers
✔ Predict disruptions
✔ Automate corrective actions
✔ Align to carbon rules
✔ Use data to sense risk early

In a rewired global economy, ASEAN is becoming the new stability anchor and Singapore the control tower.

֎✨ AI isn’t a tool anymore, it’s infrastructure.

D&B’s 2026 Outlook shows a surge in AI budgets worldwide, with Asia Pacific rising fastest.

Across Singapore and ASEAN, this shift is obvious:

✔ SMEs using AI for marketing & service
✔ Banks and bureaus using AI for credit intelligence
✔ Manufacturers using AI for forecasting
✔ Logistics firms using AI for routing
✔ Governments building AI governance frameworks

The next competitive edge won’t come from “who has the best model.”

It will come from:
📊 Who has trusted data
🤖 Who can operationalise AI
👨🏼‍💻 Who can embed AI across functions

That’s why Singapore, with its digital trust infrastructure and AI Strategy 2.0, is positioned to lead. AI leadership now means ex*****on, not experimentation.

And ASEAN is ready.

🔥 The U.S.–Iran conflict has redrawn the global trade map overnight, and the ripple effects are everywhere. From shipping detours to energy shocks, businesses are facing a new era of volatility.

Here are 4 key takeaways you need to know:
1️⃣ Shipping Chaos – Rerouting via the Cape of Good Hope adds 8–16 days to Asia–Europe lanes, driving up costs and straining capacity.
2️⃣ Energy Shock – Oil jumped into the $80s, LNG prices surged 30–70%, and Europe faces tighter competition with Asia.
3️⃣ Insurance & Finance Stress – War-risk premiums are climbing, cash cycles are lengthening, and sanctions compliance is tightening.
4️⃣ Cyber Escalation – Iran-aligned APTs are targeting energy, logistics, and finance with disruptive campaigns.

🌍 Whether you’re in energy, manufacturing, finance, or supply chain, this isn’t just a regional issue. It’s a global one.

💡 The organizations that thrive will be those that treat uncertainty as a strategic signal, not just a threat. Don’t wait for the next quarterly review and upgrade your risk intelligence now to stay resilient and competitive.

Supply chain disruptions aren’t rare anymore - they’re expected.
Whether it’s geopolitical shifts, economic volatility, or sudden supplier failures, the real question businesses face today isn’t if disruption will happen… but when.

That’s why Supplier Intelligence has become such a game‑changer.

It goes far beyond basic supplier info. It’s about understanding a supplier’s financial health, compliance standing, operational performance, and even ESG practices - all in one view. Because your suppliers aren’t just vendors; they’re an extension of your business.

With the right insights, you can spot financial instability before it hits your production line, identify which partners can scale with you, and build stronger, more resilient sourcing strategies. It’s not just about reducing risk. It’s about unlocking better negotiations, diversifying smartly, and partnering for long‑term growth.

As supply chains get more complex, data‑driven visibility is no longer optional.

The businesses that win in 2026 will be the ones that monitor suppliers continuously, leverage predictive analytics, and turn insight into agility.

Small actions, big impact. 💛
As part of Credit Bureau Asia’s annual overseas CSR initiative, our team travelled to Batam to give back to a community close to our hearts. We spent a meaningful day at Bethesda Orphanage in Batam 🏠, bringing smiles, games, and creativity with the children. 🎨

From art jamming sessions, tele-matches to wall painting activities, our volunteers showed what leadership truly looks like - compassion, presence, and service.🤝

🌈And while we came with the intention to brighten their day, the truth is the children brightened ours even more. Their energy reminded us why community support is a core part of who we are as CBA.

📈🌱As we plan for another year of growth and transformation, we are proud to carry this experience with us. A reminder that strong organisations are built not just on performance, but on purpose.

Thank you to our amazing volunteers for leading with heart, and to Bethesda Orphanage for welcoming us with open arms. It was a beautiful reminder that giving back isn’t about the size of the gesture. It’s about showing up with heart.❤️

🤗Together, we hope to continue making a positive impact, one meaningful connection at a time.

We had the opportunity to participate in 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗚 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, a Total Defence tabletop exercise organised by Nexus and RSM.

The session provided practical insights into managing digital disruptions and power outages scenarios that are increasingly relevant for businesses today. We also appreciated the sharing by Minister of State Desmond Choo 朱倍庆, who graced the event.

Thank you to the organisers and participating companies for a thoughtful and well‑run exercise. We’re glad to have contributed and to continue strengthening our readiness as part of Singapore’s broader resilience efforts.

We ended January 2026 in the most meaningful way by spending our Saturday morning with a CNY Festive Goodie Bag Distribution for the elderly residents of Tampines. ❤️

Together with the House of Joy, our team helped deliver festive goodie bags and, more importantly, shared conversations, laughter, and warmth with seniors who face the risk of social isolation.

It was a humbling reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big difference and that community is built one connection at a time. 🙏

Here’s to a year filled with compassion, purpose, and stronger communities. 🧧❤️
