Long Service Award Celebration

Delighted to celebrate our 5, 10 and 15 year Long Service Award recipients this year! 👏 Time really flies, and we are so grateful for every single one of you who has journeyed with D Wall through the years.

Special shoutout to Rasel and Johirul, who are in their 19th year with us this year (wah almost 2 decades already 🙌). Thank you for your loyalty, dedication and for being such steady pillars in the team all these years.

Working in a foreign worker dormitory is never easy. The COVID period especially was one of the toughest seasons for all of us. We had to adapt quickly, stay strong, support one another and most importantly, take care of our residents. It wasn’t easy but we pulled through together because of the resilience and teamwork of everyone on the ground. 💪

Management truly appreciates all your hard work, sacrifices and commitment. We see it and we are thankful for it. ❤️

To add some fun to the celebration, we also hosted a lucky draw with prizes like a laptop, tablet and handphone - congrats to all the winners! 🎁📱💻

Thank you everyone for being part of the D Wall family. Here’s to many more years ahead together! ✨

D Wall’s First Ever Company Amazing Race!!! 🏃🏻🏅😍

What a fun day out under the sun exploring Tiong Bahru, Outram, and Chinatown! There was so much laughter, and we definitely saw everyone’s competitive side - even though many of us said we were going to “chill.” 🤭

We hope everyone had an amazing time! A special thank you to NNI Fund for organising this meaningful race and for raising awareness about dementia. 💛

And THANK YOU to all our incredible team leaders for guiding and leading their teams today.

*Heroes Among Us*

On 26 July 2025, a sinkhole unexpectedly opened along Tanjong Katong Road, causing a car and its driver to plunge into the water-filled cavity. In a moment of real danger, a group of migrant workers from Ohin Construction Co. Pte Ltd sprang into action. Without hesitation, they used a rope to pull the driver to safety—saving her life.

With quiet humility, they returned to work and later to their dormitory, without seeking recognition. It was only the next day, when we were contacted by the Ministry of Manpower, that we discovered these brave individuals stayed at our dormitory.

We were honoured to welcome Minister of State Mr Dinesh Vasu Dash, ACE Chief Mr Tung Yui Fai, and the ACE team, who presented MOM Appreciation Coins to the workers in recognition of their courage and selflessness.

To all the workers who stay with us—you are more than just part of our community. Your actions inspire us, and your bravery and kindness do not go unnoticed. Thank you for going the extra mile 😊
