Day 4 in Ghana: Wrapping Up with Insightful Discussions at Ispace Ghana

Our final day in Ghana was both enlightening and inspiring as we visited Ispace Ghana, one of the leading innovation hubs in the region.

We were warmly welcomed by Josiah Kwesi Eyison, the CEO of Ispace, who gave a compelling presentation about the hub's mission and the pivotal role they play in supporting startups and SMEs. The highlight of the day was a thought-provoking discussion on investment and export readiness for startups and SMEs in West Africa. The conversation also delved into the current state of the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the region, providing us with valuable insights that will greatly inform our work back in Sierra Leone.

Our visit to Ispace Ghana was a fitting conclusion to an incredibly productive and inspiring trip. The knowledge and connections gained throughout this journey will be instrumental in advancing the sustainability of innovation and incubation hubs in Sierra Leone.

We returned to Sierra Leone on Sunday, the 25th, with renewed energy and ideas to drive forward our mission.
