Salone Aromas (SALROMA), is a Social Enterprise engaged in food and beverage production under DandRo SL Limited, is seeking a competent and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office and factory administrative operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Prepare letters, reports, and internal documents
• Manage office supplies and inventory records
• Assist with staff attendance, payroll support, and filing
• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
• Support management with scheduling and reporting
• Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation when required

*Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under supervision
• High level of honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism

Our mission is simple: Elevate Your Horizons by bringing the authentic taste of Sierra Leone to the Manor River Union countries (Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia).

In October 2025, we launched a pilot of our signature Hot Pehpeh Sauce and Jakato Sauce. The response was overwhelming:

1,000+ packs sold in just weeks.
High consumer demand that quickly outpaced our manual production.
A growing wait list of fans eager for the next batch.

The Challenge

We have the demand, but we lack the industrial capacity. Currently, we are limited by manual processes and small-scale plastic packaging (6-packs). To reach every kitchen in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea, we need to scale up.
