We at PMDCS International Consultancy Firm are delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Humanitarian Global Institute.

This partnership marks the beginning of a strong collaboration aimed at enhancing consultancy services and building the capacity of humanitarian and development actors across East Africa.

We are excited to announce the successful validation of the Integrated Community Case Management (iCCM) Strategy and Costing Plan for Somaliland — a key step in enhancing access to quality healthcare services for children in vulnerable communities.

For the past five months, International Consultancy Firm and its team of experts have proudly led this important process, working closely with the Ministry of Health Development (MoHD) of Somaliland and partners to ensure a rigorous, inclusive, and high-quality output. The journey involved extensive consultations, technical reviews, and alignment with national priorities.

PMDCS International Consultancy Firm: Empowering Vulnerable Communities in Africa.

PMDCS International stands with service providers supporting the most vulnerable communities. Our commitment to empowering local NGOs is unwavering.

📍 We recently completed a comprehensive training in Mogadishu with 25 participants from dedicated Local NGOs in Mogadisho, Somalia. The training covered financial compliance, grant management, risk compliance, enterprise risk development, and the newly developed Harmonized SPAT tool for organizational capacity assessment.

🤝 This training generously supported by the Somali NGO Consortium, this project aims to strengthen organizational capacities and bring sustainable impact to those in need. We look forward to continuing this mission in other sites.

Stay tuned for updates as we continue our journey to empower and uplift communities across Somalia.
