d the consequent violence costing huge and atrocious devastation of this region as a result of proxy wars have decided to form this organization. The group has the same feeling of developing the horn of Africa region through training and research to come up with indigenous peace-building initiatives as well as development theories and practices. CEPRAD, as an organization involved in conflict resolution, peace building, governance, the alleviation of poverty, seeks to implement successful relief and development programs through its commitment to best practice and the quality of work of its staff and that of local partner agencies supported by CEPRAD.
