Field Supervisor - Roster โ (2 Positions)
Location: Field-Based (Somaliland)
Reports to: MEAL Officer / Team Lead
Duration: 2-Year Framework Agreement (Assignment-Based)

Reveal Impacts is a research and development firm dedicated to evidence-driven programming, data quality, and impact measurement. We are recruiting qualified and passionate professionals to support an upcoming field assessment. The following positions are available:
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field enumerators during assessments.
- Conduct training refreshers and provide ongoing support to data collectors.
- Ensure enumerators follow proper consent, sampling, and data collection protocols.
- Perform spot-checks, back-checks, and field verification for quality control.
- Track team progress and report daily performance and issues.
- Maintain strong communication with local authorities and community leaders.
- Ensure secure handling of tablets, forms, and confidential data.
- Troubleshoot field-related technical or logistical issues.
- Submit daily field reports, incident logs, and team attendance.
- Uphold ethical and safeguarding standards during community interaction.
Requirements:
Degree in social sciences, public health, Business, Research, or M&E.
2+ years leading field teams.
Strong knowledge of ODK/Kobo, Survey-CTO, Eye field, MoDA, Excel and mobile tools.
Fluent in Somali; English preferred.
